Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
It is being used mainly by Talent Acquisition. It helps the candidate/employees go through hiring and onboarding in one platform.
- Dashboard report are very robust and custom to our organization.
- Recruiter Dashboard is very helpful to stay organized.
- Excellent recruiter and candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Integrations with other vendor is smooth.
- Customer Support is second to none.
- The look and feel of iCIMS seems outdated but they seem to be working on ignite which will help improve that.
- More themes than just dark and light.
- Reports that are more fluid instead of them being tied to Requisition or Recruiting Workflow. If I want to pull a report on how long HRBP's are taking to approve jobs I cannot since it is an approval report and cannot have filters from other sections of the platform.
- They have definitely helped us improve our TA reporting.
- Improved candidate and recruiter experience of the overall process.
- Automated processes with the help of email templates, iforms and onboarding.
It is lightyears ahead of PeopleSoft and makes Recruiters' lives so much easier to track the applicant, contact them, communicate with them, and hire them.
