Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We use iCIMS for recruitment for all jobs and our hiring managers use it as well to post jobs. We use it for onboarding documents and orientation as well.
- Customizable and user friendly to be able to post jobs
- Ability to search jobs and candidates easily
- Ability to customize job folders for organization
- The sourcing feature could use more work. It's hard to find specific candidates because the search feature does not search exactly what the Recruiter is looking for when doing a boolean search.
- Almost too customizable and a lot of steps that aren't needed when taking a candidate through the process
- Being able to see accurate time-to-fill metrics and also being able to see real time candidate applications aids in sense of urgency
We selected iCIMS because we were able to basically make it what we want and customize our experience.
