Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
We currently have iCIMS Recruit and iCIMS pre-board. The talent acquisition team uses iCIMS Talent Cloud as the ATS for Tantus - posting job desriptions on the internal and external career portal, track candidates though the process, track metrics for the recruiting team. Hiring managers have access to review put Job Descriptions in [and] review candidates or look at where the candidates are in the process. We incorporated this with HR to help pre-boarding the candidates as well. (created iforms; and new hire paperwork).

We looked at a couple of options, such as Greenhouse. While they had couple other features on score cards and interview feedback, iCIMS Talent Cloud was a simpler options which we knew it fit our needs better. User-friendly and easy access.
