Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have recently launched iCIMS as our new ATS and it is working well, but we've had some challenges with coordination of the various integrations and implementations we are working through. It feels like a lot of disparate pieces and we lost two of our key account people mid-way. The reporting is very robust but very confusing, and the training offered is too general. Overall, great system but feels like they are growing too fast.

We have too many people we're working with who don't see the whole picture and when we reach out to tech support, it takes too long to hear back. We have worked with a couple of great people (who both left) and are just starting to work with a new person who can hopefully help pull all the disparate pieces together for us.

iCIMS would probably be best suited for larger organizations that already have a great system/process outlined and in place for talent acquisition. For those of us in smaller businesses who are just standing up our function, may be too convoluted to make a quick positive mark on what we are building - feels like it's adding more complexity instead of simplifying, which is what we were looking for.
