Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs)
- Senior Management
- Middle Management
- STEM Professionals (e.g., engineers, data scientists, etc.)
- General Mid-Career
- General Entry-Level
- Hourly
We use sponsored jobs to advertise a subset of the openings at our company. The roles vary widely, but include entry-level roles, roles that require a license and leadership roles (manager and director).
- The system is generally easy to use and understand
- The reporting functionality is user-friendly
- Communicating to candidates through the system is efficient
- Indeed generally continues to remove functionality and/or charge more or charge the same amount with fewer features. Case in point: you used to be able to reach out to an unlimited number of candidates that the system matched with your job, but Indeed now limits it to 30 FOR ALL sponsored jobs across your account.
- Additionally, Indeed only lets you advertise sponsored jobs in your immediate service area, which doesn't help recruiting efforts much when you already have good brand awareness there.
- Indeed has been a good tool for us for our more entry-level roles. It does not typically perform well for position that are much more than entry-level.
I don't think it's affected our time to hire.
I log in and manage the system for our organization.
The products work together fine, but it seems like their effectiveness or offerings have decreased over time. They are offering their customers less and less value.
