Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

[It's being used] across the organization.

[It] addresses customer engagement. Marketing in 2017 is all about customer engagement and engagement takes a substantial amount of time. Infusionsoft gives us the opportunity to customize and automate the client engagement journey without it "appearing" automated. With regard to an online sale we would begin the journey with an automated email that their product has shipped and then the customer would receive notifications after delivery, a checking in email after 8 days, and a survey after 20 days in preparation for a continuity purchase. Without the ability to automate this process we would be spending hours and hours of customer service time.
  • Automation that is relevant and yet does not appear like it's automated.
  • Trustworthiness - they have very strict spam settings that enable our customers to know that they are receiving safe communications.
  • Tagging allows us to get extremely specific as to where and when we acquired this customer and it feels more personal.
  • Google AdWords, they offer the service and yet I do not believe it is as valuable as other things they have been doing for years.
  • New order creation-order ID could be more customized.
  • Ratings - not sure that the rating systems they provide is a good quantifier of customer engagment.
  • Expensive if not utilized. Infusionsoft is a software investment and an expense for marketing. If it is not used for that purpose it is too expensive for a small business owner to consider.
  • It easy to use if you are tech inclined or you have the ability to hire a coach to maximize the value that the software provides.
  • It can be used as a project management tool and daily to do list if it is fully embraced by the user.
Volusion does not hold a candle to Infusionsoft. Volusion does not offer the ability to automate the client journey and in the long run, it is more cost effective to build a website and use a better CRM than to settle for a website template and entry level CRM. In addition, the amount of cold calls that a person receives from Volusion is annoying.
Again for the person who wants to create a unique customer journey that can be automated you cannot beat infusionsoft. If you are just wanting to scrub an email list, infusionsoft is not the place to do it.
