Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

We are using Playbooks as a cadence account management tool. This allows representatives in my position to monitor and manage the accounts they need to be calling. It helps each employee to make sure they are staying on top of their accounts and utilizing the sales model we are supposed to follow.

  • Enables Filtering dependent on progress
  • Sending emails on one chain
  • Allowing emails to be sent while on calls
  • Changing interface for phone numbers
  • Efficiency is streamlined
  • Productivity is high
  • Revenue will increase due to efficiency
I think it is fairly high but has room for improvement. The process of skipping steps and needing to fill out a reason why can take up a good amount of time if you need to skip many steps. This could give poor data to the business as most representatives will just put a period or empty symbol for the reason to save time
My company decided to switch most likely to improve efficiency of dials and ease of use. This new software is much different as it helps the representatives keep track of their accounts and forces a certain amount of touches before giving up on accounts. This will save the reps time as they do not have to manually track this.
Playbooks is a good tool to use for fresh accounts. It can allow you to prioritize accounts that you recently received and understand what days and times you need to contact accounts. It is less appropriate if you have a lot of accounts as you need to manually skip steps if you do not complete them all.
