Great experience with Insightly
Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We're using Insightly to coordinate sales leads and the entire sales pipeline for our healthcare startup. The sales department and the CEO use Insightly. It helps us manage lists of leads, sorted by source and we can assign dollar values to prospective closes and measure team performance as well.
Pros
- Managing leads is easy and intuitive.
- Reporting is basic, but very useful. The clutter of choice is removed, making for a very quick retrieval of important data.
- The mobile apps make it easy to access data on the go, a must for a sales force that does a lot of fieldwork.
Cons
- Customizing the views in the various pages would be very helpful. I would like to see custom fields in the report areas as well.
- Increased Sales
- Improved efficiency
Sales volume has not improved since using Insightly, however we have seen a lot of improvement in efficiency of the sales force, when they use Insightly.
We have not evaluated any other product however we have used Salesforce in the past and Insightly's price point makes it far more worthwhile as it provides the same/similar value.
