Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It is being used by the sales department. It is our CRM too and helps our organization communicate and be on the same page with one another. It allows us to pull up information about our clients and see every thing in one location including the history of that client and tasks.

In some aspects Insightly has improved efficiency as it requires less face to face communication between employees and they can track the employees they manage easier. In other areas it is less efficient because some of the tasks are too complex. Some of the processes in insightly take 5+ clicks when really it could be done much simpler.
Insightly is best for companies with a few employees in sales and maybe with employees in different locations. I don't think insightly would be as well suited for bigger companies with 10 people in sales, as it will become more confusing to track and has less features than other CRM tools.
