Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use insightly to aggregate and nurture prospective investors in projects to raise capital. The ability to automatically link to social media profiles and other external sources is worth gold. At any time we know the status of a raise and where each of the prospective investors are at. Interactions with them are registered and updated so you always know what has transgressed.

  • Has the ability to accept many API's.
  • Very user friendly.
  • Zapier is too expensive as a link for some applications as you only seldom use them.
  • Is too Microsoft focused for Apple users.

Insightly Implementation

Dont like that everyone can see the events that have happened on the front page.
Dont like that it is so integrated with google
Change management was minimal
  • Gathered lots of dispersed contacts
  • Increased frequency of communication

Configuring Insightly

I'd like to get rid of the news feed own the main page as I dont want my customers to see this.
Also not everything can be locked of for some users.
We do capital raising and clients should only beg bale to see their contacts, organisations, projects, news feeds, users etc etc
Set up your contacts into different tribes from the beginning
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
