Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We used Insightly for our CRM for about 2 years, the product is solid and has the ability to manage an array of clients and projects.

- Cannot manage complex projects

- Improved efficiency
Assisted us in managing client leads and opportunities, gave us the ability to have all contacts in one place.
ConnectWise was extremely hard to implement and insightly was much easier. ConnectWise did have the ability to handle case management and project management more efficiently but for a much higher price.
