Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We used Insightly for our CRM for about 2 years, the product is solid and has the ability to manage an array of clients and projects.

Assisted us in managing client leads and opportunities, gave us the ability to have all contacts in one place.
ConnectWise was extremely hard to implement and insightly was much easier. ConnectWise did have the ability to handle case management and project management more efficiently but for a much higher price.
Great CRM but only basic project management, could use more extensive project management and the ability to scale project and add project milestones.
