Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to manage our implementation pipeline. We have anywhere from 70-100 accounts in our pipeline at any given time. Insightly helps us stay organized and identify each account's onboarding stage. It also allows my team to meet its key performance indicators successfully. We're easily able to keep track of customer experiences and communication through the activity section of the project.

  • Insightly has positively impacted our implementation management. We are able to successfully complete implementation within our timeframe of 10 business days.
  • Insightly allows my team to meet its key performance indicators successfully. We're easily able to keep track of customer experiences and communication through the activity section of the project.
  • Insightly efficiently tracks opportunity stages allowing for easy visualization of how engaged a deal is.
Insightly is very user-friendly. I will say, the reporting feature initially can be a little tricky to operate, but after a single report is made it is easy to build out additional reports. The dashboard customization is easy to learn. Our team has had great success with learning the product and customizing reports and dashboards.
Insightly impacts our internal workflow with pipeline management. We're able to easily visualize the status of each account in the implementation pipeline. Insightly Dashboards & Reports are used in my team's daily workflow. They are reference points to check the status of key accounts (projects). The reports can be sent by email which allows my team to stay on track with key metrics.
I was not involved in evaluating other CRM software.

Insightly is great for pipeline management! Our team has run into trouble with the search feature. There is definitely room for improvement in the search functionalities as well as linking accounts (projects) together. It can be difficult to find an account (project) if you haven't already searched the project before. We've given this feedback to our Account Manager and are hoping it will be updated soon.
