Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive

Currently, one department uses Ion Interactive within our company. The paid search marketing team uses Liveball for lead generation and to see how leads are converting from our Landing Pages. PPC then uses that data and creates new content or optimizes current content to generate more valid leads and convert more viewers.
  • LiveBall is an excellent tool for A/B testing on landing pages (testing select elements of a page).
  • Data collection and exporting information is easy with LiveBall.
  • Tracking conversion with LiveBall forms makes optimizing simpler.
  • The interface could use an update. Working within LiveBall feels a bit like a time capsule.
  • Liveball is not a flexible for our purpose as we would like. It is difficult to implement some of the visions we have in mind with the structure of the platform.
  • Positive: the ability to test elements is extremely valuable and helps us to focus marketing efforts on those consumers who will actually convert.
  • Positive: tracking and form integration and data exporting has the same positive effect on how we optimize our ROI.
WordPress is the only other CMS that I have worked with extensively and the two platforms do very different things. LiveBall is definitely the best one for paid marketing because of the testing tools and conversion tracking. It is not really a competition when discussing these types of metrics since the testing is a must for PPC.
Well Suited: A/B testing landing pages and their elements, tracking conversions, really any type of testing on your pages.

Less Appropriate: landing pages or microsites that have complex designs and need a lot of customization within the code. The interface is hard to work with in regards to these types of changes.
