Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

In our MCS Academy we are actively moving from presence to blended learning. The selection of tools to migrate our current, extensive static learning content to interactive modules on our LMS was very easy as the base sources are Word and Excel documents.

  • Allows for checking and confirming output before publishing

  • It saves a huge amount of time and programming to go live on training material.
iSpring is a simple to use tool that uses Microsoft Office skills currently learned. Even after 4 weeks of not using iSpring, you can jump right in and get great quality output

We use the iSpring Suite to convert our static training material to interactive web formats. In addition we create Quizzes to add "quality control" to our online offerings.

iSpring Suite Support

I had a difficult issue where iSpring just stopped working. It turned out to be a Microsoft Windows/Office issue. The iSpring Support team continued to contact me until we got the issue resolved. A support team that does not wait for the customer to call back is EXCEPTIONAL. I can not think of any other vendor that was this devoted to finding a solution! My compliments to "Dana" and the rest of the iSpring support teasm!

Yes - Yes, it was solved and the entire process was very transparent.
The last 6 weeks with a very difficult problem. iSpring support kept contacting me - I NEVER had to chase them!
