Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We utilize JobDiva as our primary ATS, focusing on recruiting as a business focusing on the health industry. We use JobDiva to build jobs, house our candidates and client information, and keep track of all documents that our candidates provide us along the way. We also take advantage of their outreach applications such as DivaReach and DivaBuzz; both of which are very useful to what we do on a daily basis. We keep track of the progress of candidates when they are accepted and going through credentialing and processing. We also utilize this to communicate to our candidates if we're missing anything and even reach out to them to wish them happy birthday!
- Customer support is very quick at responding when we reach out
- Updates and enhancements are frequent, they are definitely dedicated to always bettering their product
- Weekly webinars showing how to do one thing or another
- This is intended to be customizable to what we as the customer needs, because it is a huge company we feel that this is more like pulling teeth to get something specific we need adapted into the system.
- It would be nice to have multiple pages possible for the attributes. Just a thought.
- Organization is key. JobDiva has helped us maintain our records and track candidates through the process.
- Since we primarily work with GOVT facilities as our clientele, it would be beneficial to maintain a record of exactly where they are in the recruiting process.
