Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I run a fitness center and i have Jotform integrated on my website so people can sign up easily and i can easily collect their data.

  • templates ready to use
  • provides a handy overview on excel which can also be downloaded
  • securely stored data
  • option to overwrite / merge when people submit multiple forms
  • Saves time
  • Saves paper
  • easily accessible

Very easy to use and set up
Great for fitness industry, I've used to create a Health information ( PAR-Q ) form which has eliminated the need for people to fill in paper forms and saves time as people can just come straight to class having already filled the necessary forms so no delay in getting starting on time.
