Could be updated with a newer look, looks a little outdated.

Positive - whole organization can use for different functions.
Positive - better communication throughout organization with shared program.

I have not had any issues so far. If there is an issue, our IT manager can assist.

I set up trailer technicians in Karmak Fusion, and it takes just a couple of minutes to do so. It is straightforward to use once you know what you're doing. It can take a while to understand the system and all of its capabilities.
