Overall Satisfaction with Kayako

We use Kayako on a daily basis to organize our client issues, requests and ideas, as well as to communicate directly with them.

Pros

I haven't used other similar products.
I really enjoy using it on a day to day basis. It fulfills all needs I have in order to do my job.
