We used Keap for email campaigns to customers in our e-commerce business. We integrated an outside app to help us remind customers when it was time to reorder and replace product.
- CRM
- tagging customers to segment
- database management
- phone and chat support are good
- has not kept up with other platforms on automation of segmenting
- not intuitive
- older design - requires more steps to accomplish the same thing
- The automated emails for replacement reminders (through an outside app we integrated) had good ROI
- In my opinion, the emails were so hard to make look good and segment customers that we finally turned off all campaigns (besides replacement reminder) months ago
- Wouldn't recommend for email platform. Perhaps the CRM for a sales team works--but we never used for that purpose.
Much better ESP over Keap. Intuitive with simplicity in setting up flows, segmentation, etc. Also, we're paying much less than we did for Keap. Overall, way better product.
