Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We use Keap internally and also implement it for other companies. Keap allows us to have a single source of truth for all the tools we use. The start with, the all-in-one nature of Keap gets the job done. As time goes on, we can use add-on services that have more capabilities. It's by far the best CRM out there to support the marketing automation of a Membership site or client portal. It allows us to deliver an exceptional and customized experience to many customers. It allows us to conditionally upsell and offer the next steps based on what they have and have not done.
- Being able to visually map out if/then experiences for customers.
- Integrating with membership platforms.
- Providing a great base level all-in-one and allowing for the integration of specialized software as a business grows.
- The email builder needs love but they are in the process of releasing a new one.
- Pulling reporting data on money running through Keap can be challenging.
- Reporting, in general, takes more time than I would like to understand what's happening.
- It has saved hundreds of customer service hours on redundant tasks.
- It has made me and clients thousands of dollars by being able to follow up with leads.
- It has given my business structure to see how a prospect moves through our funnel.
I have used HubSpot. HubSpot is great but is very marketing-focused. I found it hard to put the operational items into their system. It is great at marketing but needs work on the operations side. I've used ActiveCampaign but find it to be basic. You need an add-on for everything. All those decisions take time. The all-in-one isn't a best-in-class solution but it gets you up and running quicker.
