Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We utilize Keap for everything in our office. We use it for email marketing (weekly newsletter with updates, events, and offers), client intake (webform features and create drip campaigns to nurture the leads that schedule an appointment), text message marketing, monthly campaigns to create landing pages, tag where clients and leads come from, and monthly reporting to track our return on investment.

We have not used any other type of client relations management system other than Keap. We have looked into other software and programs, but none of them are as robust and will not allow us to do what Keap currently allows us to do.
