Overall Satisfaction with Motive
Across the whole organization, Wifi needs to be increased without additional expenses. If the driver is uploading all documents, 1 GB is not enough per vehicle. With 20 drivers loading up all documents(fuel, BOL, scale tickets) we should have available min 1.5GB per driver. Do we need to monitor the driver's consumption? Yes, but also we need the included capacity to operate without having additional cost. There are now so many providers out there doing similar services cheaper, but Motive's operation and support are quite good, sometimes you need to call twice, but is ok. It would be important for Motive to add 2 more features: showing driver's RPM and trailer hand valve operation.

- Tablet for update should do that without wifi over USB.
- Wifi needs to be increased without additional cost.
- Showing RPM of vehicle for minimizing damage on engines.
- Showing trailer hand valve operation to avoid wear out on trailer brakes.
- Have the possibility to locate drivers based on location easier. For example, entering a location to find all drivers in an area.
- Let Tablet update via USB connector not only wifi
- The wife to transmit documents 1 GB is not enough should for same price 2GB.
Some features in the previous version of Motive were easier so you need to get used to the changes. Explanation on the score should be trained better to get more precise info on how best to evaluate. Some drivers have high scores, while others are doing very well and have lower scores. I need more preciseness in that.

The market is rising in competition, and many software with similar or better features are lower in price.

Yes - We are in transportation, so we need to put the devices in phases for cost deduction, unfair for the last device we implemented the price increase of $10.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - During Covid 19 cost and expenses were big factors, the advantage is many providers are greedy to sell 3 years contract. If your product is good you do not need a contract. Contracts are using companies where now their system has some wackiness. We say in some countries who like to make contracts like to fool customers in my opinion.

Yes - How I said previous page that needs improvement, that the eld and tablet without wifi can update
