Overall Satisfaction with Kintone

Our company did not have a traditional CRM system. We were using Excel spreadsheets to manually manage our quotation system and client database. Kintone has more than exceeded our requirements and expectations. The open-ended design means that we are not limited to a preset suite of applications. We can design and implement our own applications within the Kintone framework. Kintone is not a pre-designed CRM. It is an application builder for a company to design its own CRM based on individual needs.

Our Kintone Rep is extremely responsive, understands the system inside out, and has a solution for every query or problem that has been presented. In the event that an answer was not immediately known, the issue was researched and a solution found in a short amount of time.
Kintone has been the perfect solution for our daily business needs.
We tested Pipedrive with the free 30-day trial. We did not like the standard layout. It was not customizable to our liking, and it could not perform the functions we were looking for in our daily business workflow.

Our daily quote & project management tasks are made simple and easy with Kintone. The web-based instant-update assures us that 2 different users are seeing the same up-to-the-minute data. System administration is simple. Restricting or giving access to certain features is a simple checking of a box from the admin screen.
