Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We have had a lot of problems with spam, phishing, and general unwanted email—both malicious and bothersome. Our users were constantly clicking URLs and attachments that would cause us to have to take their machine offline for a malware scan. Getting the users trained was becoming as important as a good email filter is.
  • Easy to follow video training sessions.
  • Email penetration and user testing to see how well our users are learning.
  • Easy to use web GUI and setup.
  • A feature to let administrators know of all the emails sent so we don't lookup a legitimate KnowBe4 phishing test.
  • Easier way to push out Outlook plugins without SCCM.
  • Saving us from having to wipe a users computer.
  • Saving help desk time in scanning machines.
  • Saving time in admins having to lookup if an email is phishing.
KnowBe4 is much better for basic users than any other system I've looked into.

Much impact as hackers and phishers are coming up with new unique ways to get past email filters and trick users into clicking their links.
We have AD connected to import our organizations user accounts.
The percentage of how many users have clicked the simulated phishing emails.
I would recommend the product for almost any business utilizing on-premises email servers. There are very few times when you wouldn't need to train users in the ways to be protected. Most email filters still allow a small percentage of phishing emails through, and in all of those cases, users would be ready to spot them.

We haven't had to use support much, but in the few times we have, it has gone great.
