Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Our employees, like employees at other businesses, seem to have to wade through a lot of spam and potentially malicious emails. We block many, but lots still come through. When our Info Tech department came to us about implementing training for our employees we were totally on board. We want to stop anyone from giving out personal or company info.
  • Fluid and informative video training sessions
  • Sessions are short and to the point
  • Training can even be entertaining at times!
  • Maybe an easier to use web site design
  • More types of subjects having to do with company security
  • Additional functionality
  • Keeping personal data secret
  • Keeping company data locked down
  • Having less to worry about when employees use their computers
As far as I know, their support is great and very seldom needed. We would contact the helpdesk if we needed something with KnowBe4 training but not much comes up. Sometimes we have some issues playing videos but it seems it's a problem on the firewall side or the employee's computer.

Keeping everyone up to date is great. It's handy knowing about some of these topics that are less related to email security for instance learning how social engineers can try to gain access to a company physically or in person, and other little tips and tricks to keep an eye out for.
As far as I know, all of our users are brought in through the HR system and uploaded to a file that (once sensitive data removed) go out to the KnowBe4 servers and get uploaded. This allows us to get everyone in there super quickly and easily get them online and training.
We look for the types of users who keep falling for our test messages and remediate them with some specialized training. It's handled in a way that doesn't make them feel picked on or bad for falling for one. It can happen to anyone so we just send a gentle reminder and get them on some training for next time.
Other HR departments may worry less about employee data getting out but it's a big issue here. We want to make sure that everything stays inside and even employees' personal details don't get leaked. We don't want to be the company having to pay out a big ransom for some malware that got into the system.
