Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is used for the whole organization to test our employees about phishing. We leverage the training and campaign process to track our users' effectiveness based on the training. This way we can know how well it is sinking in with our employees.
- Campaign creation for training
- Reporting on campaigns
- Ability to be used as a in-house Learning Management System for our content
- Reporting - Telling IT what are the riskiest sites, people, and social attacks based on testing can be improved.
- Ability for users to report a problem directly from within the training.
- More tailored contents to HR, Finance departments related to their processes.
- Helps combat the #1 area that hackers attack, BEC.
- Would like to see integration with 3rd-party mail products (Mimecast, Proofpoint ) to build better campaigns and determine risky users.
- Need to develop new methods of educating users. Users complaining that content is becoming stale. Need to release comedy, more real-world training examples, and impact on individuals. Make training more personal and less generic.
- Get the Kevin Mitnick YYYY classes out earlier in the calendar year.
Solid product and we have continued to work with KnowBe4 for 4 years so we continue to try and develop the product to benefit the organization. We have other options but so far have continued to partner with KnowBe4 to train our users.

Some benefit but due to the tiering, some of the content is not available to us. KnowBe4 does not grandfather any content down so that is something that we wish happened to help provide new training.
IT has management privileges and all other users do not access system. All users are pulled from our AD.
