Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We started using KnowBe4 for our IT staff at first to get every one a good feel for how the system worked and if it would be something that our users could get something from. I don't think we expected it to be as good as it is and we slowly rolled it out to all other users after that.
- KnowBe4 makes it easy for users to understand the topics.
- Training is short and to the point.
- Testing is straight forward and logical.
- The site could be a little easier to navigate.
- Better user management.
- Faster response time from support.
- It has saved headaches all around the company.
- Less time spent on trying to figure out if an email is bad, more time working!

Fresh content is critical when it comes to security stuff. If you don't know what the bad actors are planning or using out in the field how can you get people up to date? KnowBe4 tips emails always come out after a major incident that hackers could use to their advantage, love that!
User management is handled via the admin portal on the KnowBe4 website. Our admins simply login and can see all our AD users who were imported. They can then see what each user has taken (training wise) or what emails they've accidentally clicked on during a campaign. It's an easy way to manage users.
The metrics that are most helpful are knowing who did what, and then being able to generate a quick report on that info and send it to the appropriate manager. This means reporting is easy to use and useful. I think adding deeper metrics on each user could be useful, however!
