Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use the software to provide Cyber Security training to our employees and to make sure they are up to date on common phishing scams. Every employee in the company must do initial training. If training is failed then they must take a follow-up training. Additionally, training is pushed out every 3 months. We have had an uproar in email scams and this training keeps my employees aware and attentive to what these may look like so that we don't get a virus on our network.
- Training Content is fun and informative.
- Training comes in a range of different time lengths which is good with people with a short attention span or someone that wants to do a deep dive into cyber security awareness.
- The software is easy to navigate and is low maintenance.
- The main thing that this software does is keep my staff attentive to email scams. We have had fewer issues with scams being opened or clicked on, which means fewer instances of viruses on our network. This also leads to fewer overage charges from our Cyber Security partners because they don't have to resolve virus issues.

My employees love the content and games. It's also nice that they don't have to take the same training over and over again. It keeps the learning new and fresh.
User Management is easy. My staff was imported into the system and we use the reoccurring function to have training sent out automatically.
