Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 for all our users, that have email accounts. It is a very effective tool, to give our users the knowledge needed to prevent being tricked by phishing and social engineering attacks. The videos are both entertaining and informative. The training is easy to understand for our users and it is entertaining enough to keep their attention and remember what they learned. Email phishing attacks are very concerning and we have seen a dramatic drop in users clicking on bad messages and handing out credentials since we started the KnowBe4 training.

It is vital, to have new training coming in all the time. Attackers are constantly changing the ways they are coming after us. Phishing emails are getting so good, that even a trained eye can't always tell if it is legitimate or not. The variety of training we get keeps the users engaged and learning.
We have phishing campaigns that go out to all users, at least once per month. If they fail on any of the phish test messages, they get automatically enrolled in additional training courses. The more they fail, the more we send to them. If you are keeping your eye on things and not clicking on messages you should not be, then we send out fewer simulated phishing attacks.
Number one would have to be a number of failed simulated phishing messages. It's great to know exactly which users click happy and not pay attention to what they are doing. We are then able to train them on what to stop doing and what they should be looking for.
KnowBe4 training is invaluable for anyone that uses email, for both home and business. Most users are ignorant of the ways they are being attacked on a daily basis. We have multi-layered security for our email system, but end-user training is by far the most important. No matter how tight you have your email security, there will always be something that gets through the filters and if your users are not trained to stop, look and think about what they are doing, all those fancy security features you have implemented are useless.
