KnowBe4 has been instrumental in helping us reach, train, validate training and ensure that our users, vendors, etc. are key partners in the reduction of our risk associated with phishing. We use both phishing and training campaigns to train and measure our progress. KnowBe4 was very easy to implement with our onboarding team that helped guide us through the entire process including reporting and getting buy-in. We are very pleased and plan to expand usage at every opportunity.

We use the PAB button from KnowBe4 to integrate with their PhishER ML/AI platform to automatically categorize and tell our users if they email is spam, phish, etc. It is very good, we only have to respond to about one or two emails a week and help categorize those vs. hundreds per day we had to manage before. Excellent.

Fresh training, which KnowBe4 is always updating is really appreciated by our users and also touches on new concepts and threats to educate for, recently they added QR Code and other vectors in their content and everyone was surprised at how easy it was to learn about such threats.
We use role-based access controls where we have those that are users, get their training, while report owners/managers get their reporting of where employees are in their training and awareness, while administrators get full rights to manage content, training, and integrations with other platforms. Onboarding was really a breeze with KnowBe4.
Metrics around click rates per department and the organization as a whole and how they compare to similar sized firms in our industry are very valuable that KnwoBe4 provides and those are used by managers in each group. Several groups/departments use this data and gamify the click rates and reward employees who don't click with gift cards if they are not clicking six months straight. We also reward as an organization PAB reporting with small thank yous.
