Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are just using the cusp of what KnowBe4 can offer via Phishing, Policy Management, Custom Training, Security Training. It has been a great product and is very easy to use. The role-based security allows me to let others manage their own policies and training.

Very easy to use and learn.
We are currently deploying all our in-house policies through KnowBe4, completing all our phishing tests, and using it for custom training as well as security training. We are utilizing it for remedial training as well now. The smart groups as well make it very easy to manage groups.
