Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

I used it in my last company creating a Training campaign and managing campaigns also created security phishing emails to the employees to evaluate their knowledge and do quarterly security training from the training videos and series of KnowBe4, also I am managing the administration on KnowBe4 like creating users and groups and delete them. KnowBe4 has a greater integration with Azure Active Directory that helps me take the user account created and ready to be signing in

it helps people to understand what is security on the internet by making a security trainings and making a phishing simulation to report it to the people to understand what there is their impact on it and to make them understand how to be secured on the internet
I use it in two methods, the first one is manually adding, removing, manage employees data, and that too long for me to change information for each user so I go to the second method by integrating the KnowBe4 with Azure Active Directory and which make the life easy by when I edit all users or some users in bulk information, the KnowBe4 users also edited on time and that helps me a lot.
the Security Score, employees Score, campaigns reports, and training status report.
every enterprise needs to use KnowBe4 to make their employees have a complete understanding of security and information and data risks, also to improve their knowledge. also, you to understand your employee's security Awareness and make a training for them and make them completely understand of security and risks on the internet and on personal devices and their emails
