Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to comply with our Cybersecurity Insurance Policy of providing training 2 times a year. We also use it to provide targeted training to particular offices on campus, focusing on modules that are more geared and centered to their particular job responsibilities. We also use it as remedial training for end-users who are habitual "clickers"

- We did not have a Cyber Security Awareness training program so it helped us develop that

It has completely built our security awareness training program. We did not have one before we had KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. Now we have semi-annually training programs that have new and fresh modules built in, which allows us to tailor our training to what is happening in the great cyber security landscape. Wonderful product
User management is super easy in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. We use the Active Directory sync option and sync over our "end-user" OU's from Active Directory. The tool allows us to automatically incorporate them into groups and allows for easy on-loading and off-loading of users. I do wish there was a GUI built into the tool that could show the status of syncing and logs of past syncs on the server side and not only on the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training side
We mainly use the Phishing Security Test Reports and the Training Reports. But we have in the past pulled the specific Phish Prone and "clicker" stats for all of our users to help us target remedial training to our click happy users. The reporting feature in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is robust and provides quick and easy access to alot of data.
