Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for internal IT Security training and awareness. It is also used for training and tracking related to goverment/industry related compliance requirements. We are also considering expanding our use of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to our HR related training and compliance needs. I had also intended to use it extensively for CyberSecurity Month training but found that the tools and modules available were not ideal for that purpose. In the end, I mostly used other tools and resources which - to be very honest - was a huge surprise and disappointment. I worked extensively with their account support people and they did help move the needle in the right direction but - in the end - we didn't quite get there for the majority of our activities and training.
- Provide a large variety of training module options
- Tracking training progress
- Providing an easy to use and administer framework for doing security training
- Doing almost anything custom. There is usually a way to do it but it is a very manual process
- Trying to find short videos with a moderate amount of training content is difficult.
- Scheduling a training campaign that drops content in regular intervals is not possible. Each piece of content has to have its own campaign.
- KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a key tool we used in checking off some of the boxes for SOC2
- It is too early to speak to the ROI KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has had on improving our employees ability to identify and properly respond to security threats.

The access to different content publishers has been fantastic. If anything, I spend too much time going down the rabbit hole of watching through different options for similar content.

Yes - It was not a simple thing. Well it was a simple thing but it wasn't an obvious thing. It required coordinating technical knowledge on our end and on their end. It was resolved quickly and completely.
To be fair, almost every time I work with their support and account teams I feel like I am getting exceptional report. I would hire all of them for our company.
