Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We mark up documents so our clients can fill them out for their residents in our cloud-based EHR software
- Auto fill feature saves time
- easily can copy items or fields
- Easy to find a text field and notate duplicates
- The program is buggy and often quits unexpectedly
- The support has slow turnaround time
- Its one of our main marketable items for clients to sign with us
- Its compatible with esign and hellosign
It definitely is easy to use, and there is a pretty good helpdesk if you can't find a certain tool. Our company uses the program in a very specific way but having a go-to program for form markup has really helped us advocate for our system to potential clients. It's a great sales tool.
We've tried to use Adobe but it was VERY expensive and really was hard to use and required constant upgrades. Not really ideal for a learning environment.

We used the form markup tool and digital signature field the most. Since thats the item we use the most we havent gotten to explore all features but hopeuflly we will in the future
