Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We have Kofax Power PDF deployed as our standard PDF editor throughout the county. All of our users with needs for PDF editing use Power PDF including the attorneys, sheriff's department, clerk, and auditors. As the IT department, we have nothing but great feedback from the end users and appreciate the excellent feature set at a great price point compared to other PDF software on the market. From deployment, to upgrades, to usage, Power PDF is a perfect fit for our organization. Some of the things we use it for are generating fillable PDF forms, redacting PDF forms (Prosecutor's Office), and filling in pre-built PDF forms that are sent to us.

Power PDF is exceptional--we have very few questions from new users who are given the software as part of their standard deployment with a new computer. Most have had experience with other PDF editors and find the transition is very simple. The look and feel of Power PDF mirroring Office 365 makes the transition very easy and people love the ribbon interface.
Acrobat is great software but it can be daunting for new people to use. Power PDF has a familiar look and feel with the ribbon interface and Office style menus. Most people are familiar with it from the first use due to it being designed to work like other Office applications.

One of the most widely used features is redaction for court-centric documents. We also use Power PDF extensively to create documents for the public and for our main website. We also use it for interacting with other government agencies where we need to be sure the information provided is exactly what we need sent.
