Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I use it for redaction of legal documents, creating forms, creating table of contents for discovery and trial exhibits
- Kofax does great at creating Table of Contents without the need for add-ons. It does a great job of redaction. Much easier to flatten documents than Adobe Acrobat.
- Creating forms, cannot add text fields in bulk following text fields already creeated. Saving to smaller size pdf. Creating forms in general.
- Much easier to work with pdfs than using Adobe.
It has been very easy to use and learn.
Adobe Acrobat - works much better at everything except creating forms.
