We use it to prep documents to send to outside companies

Pros and Cons

The price is great. The main reason we went with the product Relatively easy to edit existing documents such as adding text boxes Does "simple" functions very well and easily (combine pdfs, optimize pdfs, reorder pages etc).

In my opinion, PDF documents do not look great. Adding text poxes add ugly gray squares everywhere and I couldn't find any way to improve that. It is not beginner friendly. I have had to train people to use it, it is not out of the box ready. lastly, it does not run on Server OS. We use terminal services, and it will not run on server 2016 for our end users.

Return on Investment

Negative is people think editing PDFs are hard and are constantly sending me ads for "easy to use" products like acrobat

For a more technical person, it is really kind of fine. For a standard end user, not so much. People are always looking for a easier to use program even though PowerPDF can do what they want in the same way
