Overall Satisfaction with kvCORE

The lead routing software is an absolute joke - if you don’t respond within 3 minutes to a lead sent to you at 3am you lost the lead and get shoved to the bottom of the list for being “non-responsive.”
The forced automated responses when you enter a new lead is pathetic, and I have lost clients because they were being slammed with emails and texts I didn’t even know were being generated. You can turn it off, but only if you know that it was turned on by the system automatically in the first place.
The CRM works well, but it’s kind of scary how invasive it gets into your clients’ lives.
  • Holds client information and touch points
  • Organizing clients based on personal tags
  • Stop automatically forcing all of my clients into a drip campaign with tons of emails and texts.
  • Ensure leads sent to agents aren’t only after 2am - some of us have to sleep, and refuse to have our phone on in the middle of the night.
  • Longer response times to accept leads. 3 minutes is pathetic - if I were shopping for a house and someone called me 3 minutes after I clicked I liked a house, I would actually be disturbed.
  • Losing clients because they are inundated with emails and texts that I didn’t realize were automated.
  • Giving me zero opportunities to work leads because they expect me to have my phone on while I sleep.
  • Losing respect in my company because I don’t respond fast enough to leads (at 3am)
