The lead scoring and grading, we can immediately know if a prospect is a good fit to work with our company.
All the customer's actions are saved so that's a cool feature.

Easy to use, helps us with everyday outreach. The customer support is also excellent, which is a great benefit to our business. I also find it easy to navigate and it's very user-friendly. The reporting is good when you have the extra license for that functionality. Being able to track the customer journey gives us insight on how to serve them better.
