Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We're using LifeSize Cloud to provide our clients, mostly attorneys, with options to connect with their opposing counsel or witnesses who can't or don't want to travel to a video conference location. Alternatively, we also use the Cloud software to moderate all of the video conferences and troubleshoot in the event of any problems and to centrally manage our LifeSize room units, ranging from software updates to gathering run times of conferences for billing purposes.
- Provides ease-of-use for participants who aren't very tech-savvy.
- Provides many options to connect, which has salvaged many video conferences and depositions, which is the bread and butter of our business.
- I'm somewhat disappointed that the recording feature is as much as it is. Zoom, which provides some of the same features, provides recording for a reasonable price.
- The Cloud generated email that's sent to participants would do well to include the ways to connect to the meeting/room unit from non-LifeSize units.
