Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
Lifesize is used across the whole organization. It helps remote workers stay connected with office workers. We have three Codecs setup in three conference rooms which are then connected to the LifeSize cloud, so we can use the LifeSize Cloud app.
- LifeSize Codecs used with the cloud service makes it easy for end users to join Lifesize meetings. They can use the Lifesize cloud app or the phone app to get in touch with office workers. This has really helped us make LifeSize more popular in the company.
- Video is generally good even when the network speed is not the fastest. This is partly due to the fact LifeSize compresses the packets sent thru the internet.
- Audio quality is also really good even in slow connections.
- The Codecs sometimes need to be rebooted from time to time. Sometimes, when the calls are made, office workers and remote workers have trouble hearing one another. This issue usually goes away after restarting the Codec.
- We have a very unusual problem in one of our conference rooms. The remote in that room rarely works. Not sure what the issue is but this is a unique issue to us not a general problem.
