The integration king!
Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Our whole sales organization has access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We primarily use it for searching, sorting, and extracting target prospects to move into our CRM for prospecting. It's also used to find information about certain prospects and companies that we are working with. It integrates nicely into our CRM.
Pros
- Quality information about prospects.
- Builds lists well.
- Integrates with Salesforce nicely.
Cons
- Needs the ability to export into CSV.
- If it had the ability to find contact information too that would be great.
- Some times it just stops working altogether for no reason.
- Efficient prospect finding.
- More quality conversations because of the information.
- Seamless integration to save time.
- ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg
Linked in stacks up pretty well, I feel like they have a leg up on the integration portion of the software, but as far as building lists, exporting, and finding contact information, Zoom and Discover offer a wider net of that information. LinkedIn also helps to confirm that someone is at an organization whereas the data quality at these other options might be hit or miss.
