Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Hub

LinkedIn Talent hub allows me to search for candidates with a specific skill set. By using the functions provided, I am able to search for keywords, and find candidates who may not be on other search engines, such as Indeed, or actively looking for another position. I am able to "cold call" people and at least put my companies' names in their mind.

Pros

  • Search Engine
  • Job Specific Details
  • Large Candidate Possibilities

Cons

  • More Entry Level Candidates
  • Further Reach
  • The Candidate pool is hit or miss - Sometimes I can't find the person I am looking for.
  • You have to advertise multiple times to keep your job relevant.
The LinkedIn Talent Hub is a very easy to use and widely known by other users. If someone is hiring, its very visible and accessible. I have never had trouble posting exactly what I need. However, I have had trouble finding the candidate I am looking for. It tends to not bring in a lot of candidates.
  • Indeed ADS (Sponsored Jobs)
I personally enjoy Sponsored Jobs BUT it gives you a very wide range of applicants. Many of them are not qualified for the position you are recruiting for. I would prefer quality of quantity when it comes to my hard to fill positions.

Do you think LinkedIn Talent Hub delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with LinkedIn Talent Hub's feature set?

Yes

Did LinkedIn Talent Hub live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of LinkedIn Talent Hub go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy LinkedIn Talent Hub again?

Yes

LinkedIn Talent Hub is well suited for my higher position that require a certain skillset. I am almost always guaranteed to find PGY-1 or PGY-2 Residents on LinkedIn, open to new opportunities. On the other hand, I find it hard to find some of my other positions that don't require a 4-year degree. The people with those skillsets aren't always on LinkedIn, like they are Indeed or Glassdoor.
