Litmus: Great for proofing final emails, too expensive for other uses
Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Primarily used as a last check for how built emails are rendered across different devices and ISP's
Pros
- Identifies broken/misaligned images in emails
- Identifies HTML problems that aren't readily apparent in testing
- Identifies spam flags
Cons
- Email proofs can't be edited for analysis (eg, subject lines can't be evaluated properly when CRM includes test language)
- Not all HTML issues are flagged accurately - sometimes emails look good in litmus but are flagged by recipients as broken
- Additional information on errors, like a source code viewer to highlight HTML errors, would be helpful
- The primary positive impact of using Litmus is avoiding 98% of errors - broken images or links, etc, - in our outgoing emails

We don't use this feature.
We don't use this feature - the review process involves too many people for it to be cost effective to license them all for Litmus
