Overall Satisfaction with Looker

We use Looker across our entire organization, in multiple departments, to understand our work deployment and our worker activity on our digital work platform. In real-time, we're able to easily access and understand what's going on and where--down to the single user and task level. As a social business, we also use Looker to overlay our impact data demographics with our business data.
  • The Looker team is always keen to take feedback on the product and improve the user experience.
  • Looker is customizable and integrates well with other platforms.
  • Looker has tons of features that many don't know about it: they should figure out how to quickly introduce these to users that might find them useful.
We continue to use Looker because of our satisfaction with the relationship and support, and our satisfaction with the product.
API integration support has been good, but could be better.
"Spaces" are helpful but a bit unintuitive.
It's always the most important to understand how existing data or data-generating systems can integrate into Looker as a first step.
