Overall Satisfaction with Looker
We use Looker across our entire organization, in multiple departments, to understand our work deployment and our worker activity on our digital work platform. In real-time, we're able to easily access and understand what's going on and where--down to the single user and task level. As a social business, we also use Looker to overlay our impact data demographics with our business data.
- The Looker team is always keen to take feedback on the product and improve the user experience.
- Looker is customizable and integrates well with other platforms.
- Looker has tons of features that many don't know about it: they should figure out how to quickly introduce these to users that might find them useful.
