Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It really is very easy to use. I have not had time to learn all the features yet.
Used by the department to diagram data flow and relationships. It helps us identify areas to make changes and improvements.
  • It has a wide variety of objects.
  • It is intuitive and easy to use.
  • Reasonably priced.
  • An automatic sizing feature would be welcome.
  • The ability to show show multi-directional flows.
  • More graphics.
  • Positive impact on methodology of data flow.
  • Positive impact on showing areas to be improved.
  • Positive impact on showing areas that are working well.
  • Ability to communicate proposals to higher level management is positive.
We use Atlassian and Microsoft. It seems to add value.
Our department uses exclusively. Support is high.

I have not used other products.
I have found it particularly useful in diagraming data flows within the company. That's the only use I have implemented so far.
