Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is indeed easy to use! It is not just easy to use but it is easy to make changes.
Right now Lucidchart helps us in creating processes and procedures. Making tables, charts, and flow charts are being made easier! Each department creates these procedures and uses a Lucidchart to make it easier to understand rather than just a simple word document. People get a better understanding of how a task or job has to be done when it is translated into something more visual.

It adds value to my daily work because it is easier to create procedures. Whenever changes are needed, we don't have to create a whole new file just to make these changes. Most of the time we just move the photo and its arrows follow!
It is almost close to perfect! I have this rating because it just lacks the bullet but overall it has mostly everything that I needed!

I think Lucidchart could be used in any way you can. It greatly helps in organizing any kind of presentation of documentation. It gives a better understanding of what you want to portray and in a very smart way. I think it only misses the bullets and for me, it is a plus to have that!
