Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
My company is very much involved with business processes and needed a product easy to map out our client's current process. Normally I would use Visio for this, but Lucidchart was recommended for this type of workflow. After a few tries, I was able to map out the processes and distribute the output to internal teams and client stakeholders. Even though it was a free evaluation, I am looking to get this rolled out to several team members. I am also looking at the other applications which may support the business.
- Business process mapping
- Revision of charts
- Project planning
- Adding notes to charts for review.
- Expanding the chart, allowing easy drag and drop.
- Client application for remote access where no access to web.
- Easy access to instant workflow tools.
- Time saving in setting up workflow with little knowledge of software.
At this stage I didn't need to integrate into different application, but I am looking forward to see what options are available.

Many of our Project Managers and Business Analysts have access to Microsoft Visio, but this is limited to Licences available. Having something like Lucidchart online is very helpful, and I expect this will be used more and more within the organization once a business case is produced.
