Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I like the ease of scaling the charts and connecting shapes. However, it is quite hard to share the chart, even to just view, with people who don't have a subscription. It kind of makes the tool somewhat unusable unless you spring for a corporate subscription, which can be pricey for a small shop who might only be creating workflows every so often.
